Ensie P. Blume, M.Ed
Adjunct Faculty
Ensie Blume is a mathematics educator who began her teaching career as a second profession after many years working in mathematics and technology. Originally from Iran, she immigrated to the United States in pursuit of educational and personal opportunities. After learning English, she attended community college before transferring to the University of California, San Diego, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics/Computer Science. Following a career in the technology field, Ensie felt called to give back through education after her son left for college. She earned her California Teaching Credential and a Master’s degree in Education and has since taught mathematics with a passion for helping students build confidence, think critically, and discover their potential.
Ensie believes every student is capable of succeeding when they are supported, challenged, and encouraged. She is committed to creating an engaging and welcoming learning environment where students feel valued and inspired to grow. Teaching has become a deeply meaningful second career, and she looks forward to serving students for years to come.
