Dr. Peggy Bilbruck is an Orange County native who has worked in a variety of aspects in both corporate and institutional education for over 30 years. She has a Doctorate degree in Educational Leadership and Curriculum Development, an MBA degree, and a BS degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
Dr. Bilbruck has served as a Vice President at two corporations, Director of Operations for an online high school, a college professor, a Dean of Business at several colleges, and a Vice Chancellor and Chief Academic Officer. She has also been a consultant for several organizations that deal with online learning content and curriculum development.
Peggy resides in Fountain Valley, Ca. with her husband, Scott and her two daughters are just around the corner. She enjoys travel, music, knitting, and most of all family.
