Dr. David Wylie, Ed.D.

Dr. Wylie retired from the United States Navy in 2009 after serving for 27 years.  Demonstrating exceptional leadership he was handpicked for critical positions throughout his career that include tours in Detachment Commander, Patrol Officer, and Training Officer, he was also selected as the first Special Warfare Combatant Craft Crewman Chief Warrant Officer in the Navy.  Upon retirement, Dr. Wylie joined Strategos Consulting, LLC as Vice President of Services to provide professional services, training and education to both U.S. military personnel and industry.  He holds a BS degree in Workforce Education and Curriculum Development from Southern Illinois University and a Master of Management degree and Master of Education from the University of Phoenix and a Doctorate of Education with a Specialization in Adult Education.
