SSU SUMMER RESEARCH FIELDTRIP

SSU Community:

We are organizing a field trip to the University of California, San Diego (UCSD) on August 16, 2018 to attend the 2018 Undergraduate Summer Research Conference.

The UCSD Summer Research Conference is an oral presentation conference open to all undergraduate students in Southern California conducting summertime research. It is San Diego County’s largest regional undergraduate research conference.

Dr. Claudia Araiza, SSU Vice-Chancellor for Academic Affairs/Chief Academic Officer, and other SSU faculty will be attending. We invite all SSU students to come and learn about latest research activities from students in the region.

The conference is free and open to the public but come and meet with us at the main entrance of the event (Price Center West-Ballroom “B”, UCSD) by 9am. We highly recommend you get a ride or take public transportation as parking is very tight.
