Professor Harold V. Rucker is a retired administrative law judge at the California Unemployment Insurance Appeals Board in San Diego. Currently, he teaches business law, organizational leadership, political science and history. He has a Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego, Master’s Degree in political science from San Diego State University and a Bachelor’s degree from Cal State Long Beach. Professor Rucker is based in the San Diego Campus.
