Prof. Harold Rucker was the presiding administrative law judge at the California Unemployment Insurance Appeals Board in San Diego. Since 2008, he has been teaching business law, organizational leadership, political science and history at SSU. He has a Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego, Master’s Degree in political science from San Diego State University and a Bachelor’s degree from Cal State Long Beach. Professor Rucker is Part-Time Core Faculty in the San Diego Campus and a member of the Board of Directors at SSU.
