Taking a Company to Market

Kari Laitinen received his Bachelor of Arts degree in History with a Minor in Business Marketing from Brigham Young University. He received a Master’s Degree in Business from Pepperdine University and an Executive Juris Doctor from Concord Law School. Mr. Laitinen’s corporate consulting assignments include: legal services, grant writing, structured product engineering, securities licensing, business valuation, forecasting, strategic positioning, joint venture, and capital acquisition. He has also advised both buyers and sellers in control transactions. Professor Laitinen is Part-Time Core Faculty in the Newport Beach Campus.
