Victoria Ades started her career in education teaching in both the public and private sector. During her time as an educator, Victoria worked closely with administration/faculty to achieve district and institutional goals concerning school quality and accreditation. Victoria holds a masters from the USC Rossier School of Education, where she concentrated her studies on Assessment Strategies, Educational Best Practices, and Research Methods. Victoria Ades currently holds the title of the Director of Institutional Research / Assessment Coordinator at Southern States University.
